FORXA represents force, power, and the ability to face life’s challenges with confidence and determination. In spirit, FORXA is a message of encouragement — “you can do it,” “be strong,” and “you have the power within you.” The organization is built on the belief that true self-motivation comes from confidence, achievable goal-setting, and the positive energy created through meaningful engagement.

FORXA was founded by educator, dancer, and motivational leader Rojelio Leopoldo Viramontez, whose life experiences shaped the organization’s mission and purpose. Raised in Southeastern New Mexico and West Texas, Rojelio discovered early on that music and dance could become powerful tools for inspiration, discipline, and personal growth. What began as a passion in his youth eventually became his life’s work — using the arts as a pathway to education, leadership, and community impact.

After studying languages at the University of New Mexico, Rojelio dedicated his career to connecting culture, education, and dance. Over the past two decades, he has developed multicultural music and dance programs that have reached nearly half a million students across more than 15 states, working with large urban districts, small rural communities, migrant education programs, parent conferences, and youth leadership initiatives.

Today, FORXA provides enrichment and STEAM programs for public schools across California, including after-school programs, in-school instruction, dance academies, parent engagement initiatives, conferences, and specialized community programs. Through music, dance, leadership development, and hands-on learning experiences, FORXA helps participants build confidence, mentorship skills, goal-setting habits, and a strong sense of self-belief.

At its core, FORXA exists to inspire individuals to discover their potential, share their energy with others, and grow into confident leaders within their communities — because when students believe in themselves, they can transform their future.
