DANCE ACADEMIES

FORXA Dance Academies are immersive, high-energy programs designed to engage every student through movement, culture, and creative expression. Programs typically run from one to four weeks, depending on the needs of the school or district, and are structured to ensure that all students actively participate and remain fully engaged throughout the experience.

Students explore multiple dance styles including hip-hop, ballroom, Latin, and partner dance while developing coordination, rhythm, teamwork, and self-confidence. The program is intentionally multilingual and multicultural, exposing students to diverse traditions, music, and forms of expression that promote cultural awareness and inclusion.

FORXA Dance Academies go beyond traditional physical activity by supporting and surpassing California Physical Education standards through structured movement, skill development, and collaborative learning. Teachers remain actively involved alongside students, helping reinforce positive classroom culture, engagement, and connection across the school community.

Each academy concludes with a culminating performance that brings students, teachers, and families together in celebration of learning and achievement. Parents are invited to participate in this final experience, creating a meaningful moment of community engagement and student pride.

The one clear goal for all students and families who participate in a FORXA Academy is simply this:

“IF YOU EARN IT YOU DESERVE IT”
